PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING – PRIVACY (ITALY LAW n. 675/96)
At the Individual Firm Web Mister Italy based in Italy Via Lavoria 14 56040 Cenaia (Pisa) www.misterwebitalia.com will be collected and stored data and communications relating to this contract for the following purposes:
1) to comply with tax requirements and tax. The data are entered on a list they have collected the personal data of customers, and for sending newsletter informative, commercial, promotional and advertising in relation to the portals of the network of Web Mister Italy and business partners.
2) The nature of the provision of data is obligatory or to enable the fulfillment of legal obligations arising from the implementation of the services required.
3) In case of refusal to provide the given name and tax identification would impossibilittai provision of services.
4) The data entered will be forwarded to our office to fulfill the obligation to keep accounts. According to art. Law No. 13 675/96 the person concerned has the following rights:
1.1) to know, through free access to the register referred to in Article 31, paragraph 1, letter a, esistensa the treatment of data that may concern; 1.2) to be informed about the meaning of Article 7, paragraph 4, letter a, b, h, 1.3) to obtain from the owner or manager, without delay: a) confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and communication in an intelligible of the data and their origins, as well as the logic and purposes upon which the treatment, the request may be renewed, unless there are justifiable reasons, with no less than ninety days, b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which data were collected or subsequently treated c) the updating, correction or, whatever is of interest, the integration of data, d) confirmation that the transactions referred to in nn. 2) and 3) have been notified, also as regards their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to to the protected right;
1.4) to oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data ERSONAL that, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; 1.5) to oppose, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning him provided for purposes of commercial information or sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or interactive commercial communication and to be informed by the owner, not later than the time at which the data are communicated or disseminated, the possibility of freely exercising this right.
2.1 For each application referred to in paragraph 1, point 1.3), n. c) may be asked to, if not confirmed the existence of data concerning him, a charge not exceeding the costs actually incurred, in the manner and within the limits set by regulations in Article 33 , paragraph 3.1.1 The rights referred to in paragraph 1 in relation to personal data concerning deceased persons may be exercised by any interested party.
4th In exercising the rights referred to in paragraph 1 may give the person concerned, in writing, delegate or attorney to individuals or associations.
5th Remain subject to the rules on professional secrecy of practitioners in journalism, the only source of news.
